Halloween theatre

A close-up of a vintage brass door handle on a heavy wooden door marked “Stage Entrance” in peeling gold paint, set into an old stone mausoleum wall. The handle is wrapped with a thin strip of black cloth that trails down like a subtle, theatrical flourish. From the narrow gap beneath the door, a band of eerie green stage light spills out onto the cracked stone steps, cutting through a fine layer of drifting fog. The surrounding stone is textured, weather-stained, and partially overtaken by creeping ivy. Shot in photographic realism with a tight, off-center composition and shallow depth of field, the mood is bold, secretive, and enticing, suggesting a hidden world of immersive Halloween theatre just beyond the threshold.
