All ticket sales are considered final and are non-refundable.

Unless otherwise noted, general admission to Wicked Lit 2026, presented by Unbound Productions, includes access to La Placita of Curiosities, Linda Bar (only patrons age 21+ may purchase alcohol), activities on the Fyda-Mar stage, and one performance of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow and Las Lloronas at either 7:30 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. Both plays will be performed at both times. Confirm your entry time on your confirmation email. Patrons who want to see both the 7:30 and 9:00 performance will need to purchase separate entrance tickets.

If event is cancelled for any reason other than “force majeure” (defined as any extraordinary event or circumstance beyond the control of the event producer, such as a war, strike, riot, crime, or act of God (i.e. hurricane, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc.)) Unbound Productions via Chance Theater will refund the face value of tickets purchased. Unbound Productions reserves the right to change the date and/or time of performances no later than 5 weeks before the originally-scheduled date of the event. If a change occurs, ticket holders will be notified immediately.

By attending Wicked Lit 2026, you agree to allow Unbound Productions, its agents, licensees or assignees, the right to use your image and/or likeness by media now known or hereafter devised for advertising and/or other promotional purposes. You also agree not to take pictures or videos or record audio where posted or announced as prohibited (namely, during the performances of The Legend of Sleepy Hallow and Las Lloronas on the Cripe Stage), and agree that any photos or videos you take will not be used for commercial purposes without the express permission of Unbound Productions.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR: All guests, vendors, and participants must abide by all local, state, and federal laws and policies and guidelines set forth by Chance Theater and Unbound Productions. Facility/event management reserves the right to deny entry or eject patrons for displaying inappropriate behavior as determined by facility/event management to other patrons or to talent during the event. In the event a patron is denied entry or ejected, they will not receive a refund for their tickets nor will they be compensated in any way.

OUTSIDE PROMOTIONS: Flyering or promotional activities within any ticketed area of Wicked Lit 2026 is prohibited without written permission from the event producers.

WEAPONS, COSTUMES, AND PROPS POLICY:

  • All costume weapons must conform to state and federal law.
  • Projectile costume weapons must be rendered inoperable.
  • Metal blades of any kind, dulled or otherwise, are not allowed at the event.
  • Unbound Productions reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone carrying a weapon or wearing a costume deemed unsafe at our sole discretion.
